Billionaire Jeff Bezos, who recently announced his plans to move to Miami, is looking to offload at least one of his Seattle-area homes, according to media reports and property listings.

The Amazon founder owns a 4,300-square-foot, five-bedroom home in the Eastside town of Yarrow Point currently listed for nearly $4.4 million, Business Insider first reported this week.

Property records show an LLC owns the property. Business Insider connected the home and three others to Bezos by linking addresses in property tax records to those associated with Bezos’ businesses and other properties.

After Bezos and MacKenzie Scott announced their divorce in 2019, Business Insider reported Bezos scooped up four properties, including a $37.5 million waterfront estate in Hunts Point and the smaller home currently for sale. Hunts Point residents told Business Insider that Bezos’ staff, security and chefs lived and worked in the smaller houses.

Those are part of an estimated $190 million worth of Washington real estate Bezos owns. The Puget Sound Business Journal first reported the location of the property for sale in Yarrow Point, just next to Hunts Point.

The Seattle Times was not able to reach a Bezos representative Thursday. The agent listing the Yarrow Point home declined to comment Thursday. The home, built in 2018, sold in 2019 for $2.75 million.

Bezos said last month he was moving to Miami to be closer to his parents and the operations of one of his companies, Blue Origin. Amazon, too, is searching for office space in Miami, but the company’s presence there is still small compared to its massive footprint in the Puget Sound region.

In recent months, Bezos reportedly paid $68 million for a waterfront mansion near Miami and $79 million for the mansion next door.
