DCS, an eminent tool of industries showing greater edge to optimize functionality of a continuous process, with having deep knowledge process with high continuous multi-activity can be put into a simple control for better and accurate function thus by reducing work time and cost. Simulations and Comparisons were drawn with depth study of change over in process time without process delay.

★To build a reliable forest fire detection system.
★Several nodes are spread accross a forest.
★Deployment of the nodes in a matrix-like arrangement.
★Each node monitors the temperature around it.
★The system has to last long after deployment: when it‘s idle there must be low power consumption.
★Nodes have sensors to quickly detect when there‘s a fire.
★The nodes have to transmit to the base station as quickly as possible when a fire occurs.
★A GUI mapping the status of the forest and the wildfire. -

Telefonica Test Automation System (TATS, as they used to call it) has the state of the art networking elements from Life Network.
