You want a ticketing platform that has a good reputation and positive feedback from other users and experts.

Look for ticketing software that offers comprehensive and real-time analytics and reporting tools, like dashboards, charts, or graphs. You should be able to track and measure key metrics, like ticket sales, revenue, attendance, conversion rates, or feedback. You should also be able to export and share your data with your team or other stakeholders. Your ticketing software should give you useful data and insights on your event performance and attendee behavior.

Warning don't dive headfirst into vendor hunting until you understanding your needs? What are your goals? Looking to impress clients, boost morale, or maybe raise some funds? Once you've got those goals locked in, how much are you willing to invest in making this event a success?Timelines and specifications? When's the big day? Any specific requirements needing nailed down? Specific theme, technology setup, or dietary accommodations for your guests. Rank based on their importance. You'll know exactly what you're looking for and what matters most. Don't forget to do your homework! Research the market, check out different vendors' reputations, peek at their portfolios. You want someone who can not only meet but exceed your expectations

After making any adjustments to the position of the microphone or speaker, the fourth step is to test the sound. This should be done after everything has been adjusted. You can accomplish this by speaking into the system or playing some music through it and listening for any feedback that may be received. In addition, you have the option of requesting feedback on the sound quality and clarity from a member of the audience or the staff at the venue. If you continue to receive feedback, you can continue to repeat the steps that came before it until you are no longer receiving it.

In order to minimise the amount of feedback, the third step is to adjust the settings of the speaker or microphone. You can try lowering the gain, volume, or output level of the channel that is causing the feedback, or using a limiter or compressor to control the peaks. To eliminate the frequency that is causing the feedback, you can also try adjusting the equalizer, filter, or notch. Alternatively, you can use a gate or expander to reduce the background noise.
