It’s a good day for everyone involved in Inflection AI. I am excited to work with incoming CEO Sean White, who has been a friend and colleague for more than 20 years. Under Sean’s leadership, Inflection will continue on its mission and will reach more people than ever by making its API widely available to developers and businesses all over the world. I'm grateful for the support of early investors, including Greylock, who believed in the company and vision from day one. This agreement with Microsoft means that all of Inflection’s investors will have a good outcome today, and I anticipate good future upside. I’m disappointed by this. People have entrusted PI with their most personal information. It creates an uneasy feeling to read about the close ties to Microsoft, I would have loved Inflection to push for real-time conversations, the highest degree of privacy and a larger memory. I guess you gave up on this “so that investors can have a good outcome today.” Trust is key if you want to build a truly personal AI… really would have loved to see Inflection shape the future of personal AI. Apple would have been a better exit.

Congratulations Sean White and kudos to you for continuing a great effort for the first empathetic AI, a trusted chief of staff for everyone I’ve been one of the early believers in Inflection.ai and I’d dare to ask you to be more risk taking and opening more gates to developers either via the new APIs but also via a brave collaboration with Apple and Google on iOS and Android AI needs situational awareness and this can only be achieved when apps like Pi are closer to the brain of the system, the OS and it’s sensors I’m helping a young team build the first empathetic safety AI for women and their fears about navigating cities at night Help us to break new ground!
