Here’s a look at the new Pokemon Go Timeless Travels Special Research, including all the tasks and rewards involved in this challenge.

The Pokemon Go Timeless Travels season is here, which means a chance to find new Pokemon and celebrate the Hisui region.

With the Timeless Travels season came a new Special Research challenge that went live on December 11. But what exactly is involved?

Here’s a look at the challenges ahead for Pokemon Go trainers.

Pokemon Go Timeless Travels Special Research tasks & rewards

Thanks to Serebii and Leek Duck, here are the tasks & rewards for the Pokemon Go Timeless Travels Special Research quest:

Step 1 of 14

Catch 25 Pokemon – Charged TM x3
Catch 15 different species – Fast TM x3
Make 15 Curveball throws – Poke Ball x15

Rewards: Pikachu encounter, 500 Stardust, 1,000 XP

Step 2 of 14

Catch a Pokemon on seven different days – 2500 XP
Earn a heart with your buddy on seven different days – 2500 Stardust
Visit Pokestops on seven different days – 2500 XP

Rewards: 500 Stardust, Poffin x1, 2,000 XP

Step 3 of 14

Open 10 Gifts – Razz Berry x5
Send 10 Gifts to friends – Pinap Berry x5
Catch 20 different species of Pokemon – Great Ball x25

Rewards: Pokemon Encounter, 1,000 Stardust, 3,000 XP

Catch three Pokemon – 1,000 XP

Rewards: 1,000 XP

Hatch three Eggs – Razz Berry x5
Power up Pokemon 10 times – Poke Ball x15
Explore 10km – Pinap Berry x5

Rewards: Egg Incubator x1

Complete 10 Field Research tasks – 2,500 XP
Power up Pokemon 10 times – Revives x10
Explore 15 hearts with your buddy – 2,500 Stardust

Rewards: 2,000 XP, 750 Stardust, Rockruff that can evolve into Dusk Form Lycanroc

Power up Pokemon 10 times – Fast TMs x3
Explore 10km – Silver Pinap Berries x3

Rewards: 3,000 XP, 1,000 Stardust, Premium Raid Pass x1

Spin five PokeStops or Gyms – Poke Balls x10
Defeat three Team GO Rocket Grunts – Charged TM x2

Rewards: 1,000 XP, 1,000 Stardust, Scraggy encounter

Transfer 10 Pokemon – Great Balls x10
Defeat six Team GO Rocket Grunts – Mysterious Component x3

Defeat Team GO Rocket Boss Arlo – 2,500 XP
Defeat Team GO Rocket Boss Cliff – 2,500 XP
