The Axys card is a global payment card to which you can load or deposit funds up to certain maximum limits depending on the card that you choose and for which you’re eligible. The Axys card can be used worldwide for in-person and online purchases and at ATMs wherever the network is available and accepted, up to the card’s available balance.
To get an Axys card, simply visit our website, choose the card that suits your needs, and follow the easy pre-order process. Once we’ve completed our pre-approval process, you will be sent an email confirming our in-principle decision. If your pre-application is successful, you will then be required to complete our streamlined compliance and know-your-customer step, and to agree our terms and conditions, before you are issued your Axys account and card.
The process is very quick, with our AI-based automated onboarding taking only minutes. As a premium product newly launched in November 2023, however, we have implemented additional stringent checks and balances, extended compliance and quality assurance steps that will be in place until at least February 2024. For this reason, you should expect to receive your Axys account and card 6-8 weeks after submitting your application. Overall delivery times are also subject to the card manufacturing process and international shipping.
