Snoop Dogg, Megan Thee Stallion, Maluma Lead Star-Studded LA3C Festival Debut

Celebrating Los Angeles’ diversity and creative communities through music, food and art, Penske Media Corporation (PMC) is expanding its live entertainment presence with its Los Angeles Capital of Creativity and Culture festival (LA3C).

PMC—Sourcing Journal’s parent company—on Wednesday announced three-time Grammy award-winning artist Megan Thee Stallion and Latin chart-topping artist and Macy’s collaborator Maluma as the headliners for the “highly anticipated” festival. The two-day event will also feature performances from K-Pop boy band Seventeen and “Drop It Like It’s Hot” rapper Snoop Dogg

The two-day event will offer “best-in-class” experiences, including a variety of multicultural food and flavors punctuated by “bold” and “interactive” art on display from some of the world’s “most talented artists.”

“I have always been inspired by L.A., its people, its vibrancy, its diversity and its creativity,” said PMC chairman, CEO and founder Jay Penske. “We are proudly building an event with a significant long-term vision. Right now, being together in person means so much to us all. Our event will be a place to celebrate and give back to this incredible city and the people who make it so unique.”

“We believe that L.A. is a place where people come to pursue their creative passions and a place where talent, diversity and culture thrive. Our programming is meant to reflect our community and to create an inclusive environment where all feel welcome,” LA3C CEO Juan Mora said. “I plan to leverage the expertise of Penske Media’s iconic brands to create an experience for all who join us.”

The festival will take place on Dec. 10-11 at the Los Angeles State Historic Park, L.A.’s “premier” downtown destination for events.
