In an attempt to make sexbots more interactive and conversational, a Chinese producer is aiming to integrate advanced AI into bots. Starpery Technology, one of the world’s largest producers, is currently training its own LLM models to enhance its product with AI.
The AI-powered companions, which will be available in male or female forms, are expected to have unprecedented capabilities and these will reportedly soon be hitting the shelves.
China’s AI sexbots with advanced sensors could give human interaction feel
The next generation of dolls, powered by AI models and equipped with sensors, can react with both movements and speech, significantly enhancing user experience.

The company said that in the past period of time, some fans emailed us and asked “what Starpery is doing recently?” Careful guys must have noticed that there is an AIDoll section in our homepage navigation bar.
New sexbots’ prototypes are expected by August
According to the company, under the leadership of our CEO Evan Lee, Starpery has always kept its original aspirations in mind and devoted itself to researching and developing its own effective AI smart functions.
The first step of AI is to focus on realizing the interaction between people and dolls, so that the experience and companionship of doll consumers can be further enhanced, said Starpery.
CEO Evan Lee earlier this months had mentioned that the new sexbots’ prototypes are expected by August. The next generation sexbots will have capacities to interact vocally and physically with users.
Challenges remain in achieving realistic human interaction
“Technological challenges remain, particularly in achieving realistic human interaction. While simple dialogue is easy, creating interactive responses involves complex model development by specialised software companies,” said Lee, according to SCMP.
He stressed that next generation of dolls, powered by AI models and equipped with sensors, can react with both movements and speech, significantly enhancing user experience by focusing on emotional connection rather than just basic conversational abilities.
Current dolls lack proper interactive capabilities
Made of a realistic silicone body and a metal skeleton, the current dolls lack proper interactive capabilities to hold communication with humans.
“The new generation of AI-powered and sensor-equipped dolls can respond with both movement and voice, greatly enhancing the user experience by focusing on emotional connection rather than just basic conversational abilities,” said Lee.
Currently, China is the largest market for sexbots as the country overtook sales of the US, Japan, and Germany.
Currently, the smart voice function is still in the testing phase, “we still need to overcome various different challenges,” said the company.

Once the test is passed and successfully used in production, we will launch it out ASAP to allow more users to improve their experience and get a deeper sense of companionship.
In addition to sex bots, Starpery Technology plans to develop robots capable of performing household tasks, helping people with disabilities, and providing care for the elderly. By 2025, the company wants to release its first “smart service robot” capable of providing more complex services to people with disabilities, reported SCMP.
According to Starpery Technology, by 2030, these robots will be able to take over some of the work that is dangerous for humans.
