• What kinds of bottles will be included in my subscription?
  The bottles of whiskey included in your subscription are carefully selected barrel picks by the Bottle Raiders and ReserveBar team to provide you with a unique, exclusive and enjoyable experience. We will only select bottles that are 90+ rated on http://BottleRaiders.com .
• When will I receive my bottle?
  Whatever month you subscribe to the club, you will begin receiving bottles the month after. For example, if you subscribe in May, the first bottle you receive will be in June. First time subscribers in June will get July’s bottle and so on. Exact delivery dates will vary based on location, but generally, we will aim to deliver the bottle prior to the tasting.
• How do I access the Virtual Tastings?
  You will receive an email with instructions on how to access the Virtual Tastings prior to each scheduled tasting. The tasting will take place towards the end of each month and the recorded version will be made available to subscribers if you can’t make the live tasting.
• Do you deliver to every state?
  Liquor delivery is a tricky business and at this time, our fulfillment partners can only legally deliver to certain states.

  
  

  Unfortunately, if you are based in the following states, we will not be able to deliver bottles to you (or anyone you gift a membership to) at this time. Our system will currently not allow you to complete the subscription process if you are based in certain states. Of course, you can still procure the bottles on your own and participate in our tasting only subscription. Or can have a friend based in another state sign up for you!

• Can I gift a Bottle of the Month Club Subscription?
  Yes, please select the gifting option on the landing page. Please make sure when filling out the address field that you include the RECIPIENT’S address. Gift subscriptions will not auto renew.
• Will all members receive the same bottle?
  Every month, all members will receive a single barrel pick. This is not a lottery system and you are guaranteed a bottle. However, there is a chance that multiple single barrel picks go out each month since one barrel will only serve a certain amount of people.
• How do I cancel my subscription?
  You can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking the following link: Manage My Subscription. Any cancellation will apply to the end of the subscription term: ex. A monthly will stop at the end of the month, 3 month at the end of the 3 month term, etc.
